Mindfulness - £30
It can be easy to stop noticing the world around us. It’s also easy to lose touch with the way our bodies are feeling and to end up living “in our heads”, caught up in our thoughts without stopping to notice how those thoughts are driving emotions and behaviour. Becoming more aware of the present moment can help us enjoy the world around us more and understand ourselves better. Mindfulness creates an awareness of our thoughts and feelings as they happen moment to moment to aid emotional regulation and build distress tolerance.
CBT - £40
Cognitive behavioural therapy is a therapy that helps you understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviours to treat mental health difficulties, such as anxiety or depression. We will explore your behaviour, biology, emotional state, surroundings and thinking style to improve wellbeing and emotional resilience. Understanding what causes difficulties, what keeps it going and create a plan to resolve it.
DBT- £40
Dialectal behaviour therapy is a structured program of psychotherapy with a focus on education, designed to provide skills for managing intense emotions and improving social relationships. It is based on cognitive behavioural therapy but is specially adapted for those who feel emotions very intensely. The aim of DBT is to help you understand and accept your difficult feelings, learn skills to manage these feelings and become able to make positive changes in your life.
Autism/ ADHD support- £35
Navigating the world through a neurodivergent lens can be challenging, these sessions aim to support you in making reasonable adjustments to your daily living that enable you to improve your quality of life, achieve your goals and better understand your needs.
