1 on 1 Sessions

Mindfulness coaching is a collaborative process. You bring curiosity and a willingness to explore; I bring structured guidance, experience, and practical tools grounded in neuroscience and psychology.

Together, we create a tailored approach to mindfulness—one that fits your life, supports your goals, and evolves as you do.

We meet via Zoom for three 50-minute sessions per month, over the course of three months. Between sessions, you’ll receive personalised audio practices, selected or custom-recorded to help you integrate what we’ve explored into daily life. You’ll also receive recommended readings, podcasts, and research (if you're interested in the science behind mindfulness) to deepen your understanding and support your progress.

This is not a rigid program. It’s a responsive, real-world partnership designed to help you apply mindfulness in ways that are meaningful and sustainable—whether you’re working on emotional regulation, focus, boundaries, anxiety, or simply learning to be more present.
